The client, Red Bull, is looking for the country’s "next big event". They require the designing of the brand, as well as any relevant marketing collateral surrounding the event

Spain holds an annual event that consists of running in front of a small number of bulls that have been let loose on a set course. Intrigued by the event, it was decided to bring it to NZ (without the bulls, of course). An event like this has not been done in a similar fashion in the whole of NZ

The outcome is Son of a Bull - a marathon event which is a spin on Pamplona’s Running of the Bulls event. Runners must run from the start to the finish line while trying not to get hit by the Chasers, who will be chasing them with foam bats

The branding is a bold and expressive identity that provides a unique approach in communicating such a chaotic event. The visual identity centers around the theme ‘Chaos meets structure’
